SIDE BY SIDE: A FRAMEWORK FOR COLLABORATIVE & POSITIVE CO-FACILITATION
Co leadership is an inevitable consequence of group work. When co-facilitation works well it can halve the workload and provide an enriching, stimulating and enjoyable experience for both participant and leaders. Many dynamics can interplay to sabotage the co- leadership relationship, leaving the individual leaders dreading the next session, yet unwilling to express the depth of their dismay even during supervision, for fear of making matters worse. Unfortunately this scenario is a common occurrence, which inevitably impacts negatively in the group.This workshop is designed to assist leaders in the development of a positive and collaborative co facilitation relationship.
